Olivia Rodrigo’s, GUTS tour, is fast approaching and after her highly successful debut Sour Tour in 2022, fans can’t wait to see the artist back on stage. The GUTS World Tour will be Olivia’s first arena tour and will see her take on iconic venues such as Madison Square Gardens, New York, The O2, London and Kia Forum, Los Angeles.

Olivia Isabel Rodrigo is a 20-year-old, American singer-songwriter, and actress. She began taking acting and vocal lessons in kindergarten after having grown up listening to her parents favourite alternative rock music. She participated in a musical theatre programme and learnt to play piano and guitar whilst gaining an interest in songwriting. As a child actress, she had a couple of onscreen appearances before landing a role on the Disney television programme Bizaardvark and then rose to fame on High School Musical: The Musical: The Series.

Having signed with Geffen Records in 2020, Rodrigo released her debut single ‘Drivers License’ in January 2021 which became one of the bestselling songs of the year and made her a global name. Her singles ‘Déjà vu’ and ‘Good 4 U’ followed, along with the release of her debut album, Sour, which has gone on to win her eight awards, including a Grammy.

Rodrigo’s next album release came in September 2023, alongside two singles, ‘Vampire’ and ‘Bad Idea Right?’. The GUTS album was a huge success globally, securing the number one spot in the US, UK, Australia and New Zealand. She has gained numerous other awards and recognition for her music including three MTV Music Awards, seven Billboard Music Awards, three Grammys and was also named Woman of the Year by Billboard in 2022. Having recently announced she has been nominated for another six Grammy’s , 2024 could be another huge year for the 20-year-old star.

Following the release of the new album, Olivia has confirmed her greatly anticipated GUTS World Tour, will be taking place next year. The tour kicks off its immense 79-date run on Friday 23rd February in Palm Springs and will see her visit North America and Europe, including New York, London, Barcelona and Paris before coming to an end in Los Angeles in mid-August. Rodrigo has supporting artists including The Breeders, PinkPantheress, Chappell Roan, and Remi Wolf joining her on select dates of the tour.

Outside of her musical abilities, Olivia also does a lot to support charities and is a powerful voice for social change. She first began raising awareness of social issues in 2017, aged 14, with her Bizaardvark co-star, Madison Hu. Together they promoted positivity online and a non-profit organisation supporting local homeless youth. In December 2018, she became the face of the “She Can STEM” campaign and since then has gone on to help in supporting charities such as She’s The First, Women for Women International, ASCAP Foundation and MusiCares Foundation.
