How will my tickets be delivered?

Tickets and event information are usually sent by email or a dedicated ticketing app. For some events, tickets or passes may be collected on the day.

A standard concert ticket grants entry to the venue and a reserved seat or standing spot on the main floor. You will be able to enter using the general entrances with access to public bars, food and drinks (at an extra cost), and toilets.

VIP and Hospitality packages, on the other hand, grant access to a private lounge or boxes, premium seats, food, drinks, and other specified extras. Each package is different, so make sure to clarify with your provider.

When will I get my tickets?

You will receive your tickets within seven days ahead of your event.
