Spring Garden returns to RHS Chelsea Flower Show for its fifth consecutive year, welcoming back chef patron Jeremy Chan of Michelin-starred Ikoyi, alongside Max Coen of celebrated London restaurant Dorian — together, they bring a fresh culinary vision to the 2027 edition.

Their menus draw on Jeremy's globally influenced, ingredient-led approach and Max's refined take on contemporary British cooking to create a unique culinary experience available only during the RHS Chelsea Flower Show.

Guests can expect warm and attentive service from our dedicated team — ensuring every visit to Spring Garden is as memorable as the show itself.

 Private dining rooms are available for parties of 40 guests or higher.
