Welcome to Hospitality Finder (“us”, “we”, or “our”). We respect the privacy of all the people we work with in the course of operating our business and have created this Privacy Notice to provide information about how we collect and use personal data. Please note that while we trade as Hospitality Finder, Hospitality Sports & Banqueting Club Ltd will be the data controller of any personal data that you provide or that we collect about you. While we always aim to provide complete and transparent information about how we handle your personal information, we reserve the right to update this Notice from time to time or to create additional policies in order to accurately reflect changed circumstances or new regulatory requirements.

What information do we collect about you & how do we collect it?

It does not however include data which has been permanently anonymised to prevent identification or aggregated statistical data which we may generate to monitor the performance of our business and to ensure that we are providing the best service possible.

When making a booking with us to attend an event or experience, communicating with us regarding our services, or otherwise interacting with us in the context of our business (for example as a partner or supplier), then we may collect, use, store and otherwise process the following categories of personal data about you:

  • Identity Data: your first name, last name, job title and your login information where you create an account with us
  • Contact Data: your email address and telephone numbers
  • Financial Data: bank account and payment card details
  • Transaction Data: details about payments to and from you and other information related to bookings and experiences
  • Technical Data: internet protocol (IP) address, login information, browser type and version, time zone setting and location, browser plug-in types and versions, operating system and platform and other technology on the devices you use to access this website
  • Usage Data: information about how you use our website and services
  • Marketing and Communications Data: includes your preferences in relation to receiving marketing communications (such as news, offers and other updates)
  • Health Data: information about allergies and accessibility requirements

What if you fail to provide personal data?

There may be cases where we need certain information in order to enter into a contract with you or, where we already have such a relationship with you, to administer the terms of the contract. In such cases, where you fail to provide that data requested, then we may not be able to enter into that contract with you or may be prevented from performing aspects of it (including but not limited to providing our services to you). In those circumstances, we may have to cancel a product or service you have with us, but we will always notify you if this is the case at the time.

On what basis will we use your personal data?

We will only use your personal data when the law allows us to. Most commonly, we will use your personal data in the following circumstances:

Will we transfer your personal data internationally?

In certain circumstances we will need to transfer your personal data outside the UK. However, we will only transfer your data internationally where a similar degree of protection is ensured in the recipient jurisdiction.

How long will we keep your personal data for?
